David Reed is a partner in the law firm of Reed and Jolly, PLLC and the founder of CU Doctor, a full-service credit union consulting practice. In his 24 years of law practice, he has been a bankruptcy and collections attorney for both debtors and credit unions. He provides guidance to credit unions on a variety of topics, and his engaging speaking style has made him a popular speaker nationwide.
Rudolph J. Meola
Rudolph Meola is a New York attorney with 20 years of experience representing credit unions in collections and bankruptcy. As the owner of Law Offices of Rudolph Meola, he represents creditors pursuing their legal rights in New York State Courts and Federal Bankruptcy Court and defends lienholder and lessor rights against vehicle forfeiture claims brought by governmental agencies.
