Dr. Michael Hudson
Practical Strategist & Growth Coach
A credit union member for almost 50 years, Dr. Michael Hudson is a frequent speaker at credit union conferences and conventions across the country. He works with individual credit unions to identify and implement strategies, design and deliver leadership programs, and create and conduct culture building programs.
Since 1984, Dr. Hudson has worked with more than 1,000 growing businesses, government agencies, credit unions and nonprofit organizations in a broad spectrum of industries, helping them define and implement strategies for growth, leadership development and employee engagement.
Tracy E. Mount, CPA, CUCE
President, CU Consulting LLC
Speaker Tracy Mount has worked in public and private accounting for nearly three decades. He previously worked for two international public accounting firms and spent approximately six years as an internal auditor, manager and chief financial officer in the health care industry. For the past 15 years, he has provided regulatory compliance services to credit unions in New Mexico, Arkansas, California, Texas and other states as president of CU Consulting LLC, in Albuquerque, N.M.
Director of Audit Services, Pennsylvania Credit Union Association
Speaker Joel Slagan oversees the audit department activities and staff of PCUA's services corporation, PACUL Services, Inc. He also conducts supervisory committee, Automated Clearing House (ACH) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) reviews for credit unions and provides compliance support through the Compliance Cavalry program.
Prior to beginning his career with PCUA in 2006, Joel was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy and held various positions within the financial services industry. He is certified as a Bank Secrecy Act Compliance Specialist, a Credit Union Compliance Expert (CUCE), a Credit Union Security & Fraud Expert (SFE) and a Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC).
Torpey J. White, CPA

Speaker Torpey White specializes in information technology (IT) audits, SSAE 16 (formerly SAS 70) audits, operational assessments, enterprise risk assessments and IT governance projects. He has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and private industry audits, information systems reviews, fraud investigations, software training and day-to-day accounting activities.
Torpey has worked in various industries and frequently writes/presents on topics related to internal and IT audits. He serves on the board of directors at Sun East FCU in Pennsylvania.
President/CEO, ServU FCU
Speaker Nancy Williamson has worked in the credit union industry for more than 40 years and became CEO of ServU FCU (located in southwestern New York) at the age of 25. Under her leadership, the credit union has grown from two employees and $500,000 in assets to 110 employees, more than $240 million in assets and seven branch offices.
Nancy is a frequent speaker on financial and consumer awareness topics and is an adjunct faculty instructor at Corning Community College, where she has taught Financial /Managerial Accounting and Personal Finance courses for more than 20 years.
