Mark Sievewright, President, Fiserv Credit Union Solutions

As President of Credit Union Solutions at Fiserv, Mark Sievewright leads a 2,000-person team across 20 locations in North America, offering technology solutions that process data and information for one third of U.S. credit unions and a growing number of international clients. He also directs the innovation, development and distribution of value-added financial industry solutions.

A respected industry thought leader, Sievewright is a frequent speaker at financial services industry conferences and events and is creator of the Fiserv Boardroom Series, an online forum for financial services industry executives.


John Lass, Senior Vice President, Strategy & Business Development, CUNA Mutual Group

As SVP of Strategy & Business Development for CUNA Mutual Group, John Lass directs corporate strategic planning and CUNA Mutual Group’s Business Development unit with a focus on identifying and pursuing strategic diversification opportunities. He has worked extensively as a speaker and strategy advisor in the credit union system, both in the U.S. and worldwide. Previously, he headed the strategy practice at Hagberg Consulting Group, now a part of Accenture. He also worked as a strategy consultant with the Boston Consulting Group.

Lass received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.

Nick Perna, Ph.D., Resident Economist, Alloya Corporate FCU

Dr. Nick Perna, Alloya Corporate FCU’s Resident Economist, specializes in economic analysis, forecasting and strategy. He has served as an economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, General Electric and a number of major banking institutions. The Wall Street Journal and BusinessWeek have each twice cited him as one of the top economic forecasters in the U.S.

Perna has served as an economics professor at Williams College and New York University and currently teaches an economics course at Yale University. He has also appeared on The NewsHour with Jim Lehrer, CNN, CNBC, the NBC Nightly News, ABC Radio and NPR’s All Things Considered. He is a graduate of Fairfield Prep, Boston College and has a Ph.D. in economics from MIT.


Timothy Bruculere, Vice President, Lending and Loan Participations, Alloya Corporate FCU

As VP of Lending and Loan Participations at Alloya Corporate FCU, Tim Bruculere is responsible for the overall development and growth of the corporate’s lending, loan participation and specialty lending product lines, including product management and pricing. He also assists member credit unions in assessing their liquidity options. Previously, Bruculere worked for M&T Bank as Administrative Vice President, Commercial Lending. His 25+ years of lending experience include corporate, commercial real estate, syndications and consumer and residential lending.

He is chairman of the University at Albany School of Business Advisory Council and holds his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, N.Y.

Andrew Kohl, CFA®, Vice President, Corporate Investments & Funding Officer, Alloya Corporate FCU

As VP and Corporate Investments & Funding Officer at Alloya Corporate FCU, Andrew Kohl is responsible for managing Alloya’s investment portfolio and developing balance sheet strategies to enhance risk-adjusted returns. He is also the author of Alloya’s monthly economic commentary. 
Prior to joining Alloya in 2004, Kohl was VP/Portfolio Manager of People’s Bank (Conn.), where he managed a $3 billion fixed income portfolio consisting mainly of mortgage-backed and asset-backed securities, as well as a $1 billion short-term asset portfolio consisting mainly of corporate debt. Additionally, Kohl managed more than $3 billion in derivative positions and led efforts in securitizing credit card receivables while also running the bank’s ALM model.  
Kohl received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®) and holds his Series 7 and 63.

Kristina Muller, CFA®, Sr. Portfolio Manager, Balance Sheet Solutions

As a Senior Portfolio Manager at Balance Sheet Solutions, Kristina Muller is responsible for managing investment portfolios for credit union clients. Prior to joining Balance Sheet Solutions, Muller was an Investment Portfolio Manager with MemberTrade Advisory Services, LLC. and a Trust Investment Officer at The Troy Savings Bank, where she managed both fixed income and equity portfolios.

Muller holds both a Bachelor's Degree and a Master of Arts Degree from the State University of New York at Albany. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA®)

Gregory Perry, Account Executive, Balance Sheet Solutions

As an Account Executive at Balance Sheet Solutions, Gregory Perry is responsible for developing relationships with balance sheet management decision-makers at Alloya Corporate FCU member credit unions and recommending and selling balance sheet management products and services. Prior to joining Balance Sheet Solutions, Perry was an Investment Consultant in Empire Corporate FCU’s Investment Center and a Senior Securities Consultant with MemberTrade Financial Group, LLC. He also worked for a major commercial bank and a large investment-planning firm.

Perry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the State University at Albany and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, and has taught as an adjunct professor in the business school at Russell Sage College. He also holds his Series 7, 63 and 65.
