How to write a comment letter

It is quite evident that the federal and state agencies produce a continual flow of new regulations, amendments to existing regulations, interpretations and official staff commentaries. Many of these new or amended requirements have a major impact on the credit union's operating procedures. Quite often, the impact of the changes require the credit union to take action. It is critically important for all credit unions to take an active role in the process of regulatory change.
