Association offering discounted FiCEP to member CUs
In conjunction with the New York Credit Union Foundation (NYCUF) and through REAL Solutions, the Credit Union Association of New York is once again offering an enhanced, discounted version of CUNA's Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) to member credit unions.
FiCEP is designed for credit union staff involved in financial counseling, collections, lending and member services, or other staff committed to helping members take control of their finances. Modeled after CUNA's Certified Financial Counselor Schools, FiCEP includes two series of four learning modules. Those who successfully complete the proctored exams for both series will earn the Credit Union Certified Financial Counselor designation.
Those interested in participating should contact the Association's member services team at (800) 342-9835, ext. 8546 or email@example.com. The first FiCEP training webinar will be held in June.
